We will credit returned opened or unopened product if the received package is postmarked within 30 days from receipt of order date and included with a RMA number obtained from customer service. No returns are credited after 30 days from receipt of order. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number. You may request an RMA and instructions on how to submit a return by emailing [email protected] or calling (877) 410-7775, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. Refund will be processed within 24 hours and will see the refund credited to their card within 24 hours from the refund processing.
